Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Your free trial is free

Every family starts with a free trial. We do not charge you during the trial. If you cancel any time before it ends, you are never billed — no card, no catch. The trial is there so you can see whether Caldra earns a place in your child's day before you pay for it.

2. Plans & renewal

When the trial ends, a paid plan begins only if you choose one. Current plans and prices are shown on Pricing — a monthly plan and a yearly plan, both billed in Indian Rupees. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) so your child's learning never gets interrupted, until you cancel. We email you a receipt for every charge.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, in two ways:

From your account settings in the parent dashboard, or
By emailing connect@caldralearning.com from your account email.

Cancelling stops all future renewals immediately. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for — nothing is cut off early.

4. Refunds

Every family gets a full 7-day free trial before any charge — that is your chance to decide whether Caldra earns a place in your child's day. Because you can try the whole thing free first, paid plans are non-refundable:

No refunds on paid time. Once a monthly or yearly plan has been charged, that period is not refundable. What you keep instead is the freedom to cancel anytime — cancelling stops every future charge, and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is cut off early, and your child's portfolio always leaves with you.
Charged in error? If you were billed by mistake, or the service was genuinely unavailable to you, write to us and we will make it right.

5. How a refund is paid (when one applies)

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it.
