Your child speaks; Caldra turns that into text to understand it, and the raw audio is discarded immediately — we don't keep voice recordings. We don't sell data. There are no advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs anywhere in Caldra.
Transparency to the parent isn't a feature — it's the product. Every conversation, every topic your child explored, and every safety note is visible to you in your parent view. The running summary of your child's learning stays for as long as your account is active, and the full raw transcript of each conversation is available for 14 days before it's automatically cleared. Nothing about your child is hidden from you.
Caldra checks what it says to your child on every single turn, and surfaces anything that matters to you. It's built to the standards a children's product demands — and when in doubt, it errs toward care.
You can export everything Caldra holds about your child, or delete it completely, at any time. Deletion removes it across our systems — not just hidden from view. This is your right under India's DPDP Act, and we honour it by design.

These providers process the data only to deliver the service — never to advertise to your child. We disclose every processor we use and keep this list current. As we prepare for public launch, we are completing formal data-protection review with counsel, including cross-border transfer terms, to keep this airtight under DPDP.
Caldra is made for young learners, so child safety shapes every layer: a parent gives consent before a child starts, conversations are checked for safety as they happen, and the experience is designed to protect a child's attention rather than exploit it — no streaks engineered to hook them, no pressure to come back, no manipulation.
