The agreement between your family and Caldra.
Caldra is a voice-first AI learning companion for children, used under the supervision and account of a parent or legal guardian. We aim to teach well and keep your child safe, but Caldra is a learning aid, not a substitute for a parent's judgment, medical, or professional advice.
You must be 18+ and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. One account per family unless we agree otherwise.
Use Caldra for your own family's learning. Don't attempt to break, abuse, scrape, resell, or overload the service, or use it to harm others.
Paid plans and prices are shown on Pricing — a monthly plan and a yearly plan, billed in Indian Rupees through our payment partner, Razorpay. Every family starts with a free trial and is not charged during it. When a paid plan begins, it renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from your account, and access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Your child's data remains exportable after you leave, per the Privacy Policy. Caldra Circle terms, where offered, are stated at signup.
What your child creates (their writing, artifacts, portfolio) belongs to your family. You grant Caldra only the limited permission needed to store and show it back to you and to provide the service.
Our handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We work to keep Caldra available but can't promise zero downtime. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders.
Caldra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to teach well and keep your child safe, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any purpose beyond what is described here, and Caldra is a learning aid, not a substitute for a parent's judgment or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shanmuk Analytics Private Limited and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any consumer-protection rights you have under Indian law.
